UCRC Sprint/Field ProgramOver the last few years we have been slowly working to build up a sprints and field program to round out the club team come indoor and outdoor season. If you are looking to be competitive or just want to dust off your old spikes, look no further then UCRC Sprints & Field. We focus on distances from 60m to 400m along with hurdles, jumps, and throws. Our current sprint captain is George Patil, specializing in hurdles and high jump. If you have any time goals or simply want to get into sprinting for a change of pace he will be able to guide you through workouts to help you achieve your goals. |
Practices and Times |
Sprinting is leagues different from traditionally distance running. Being so most of the workouts are done almost exclusively in Gettler Stadium on the track.
Practice in the spring starts at 5:15 in Gettler meeting with the rest of Club. If you have any questions or are unable to make that time, please contact George Patil Via Slack. If you are interested in running Indoor track, please contact George Patil Via Slack. Official practices will begin on October 31st, Please see slack for details. |
